This policy explains how Yusuf Adeleke, REALTOR®, Coldwell Banker Realty (“I,” “me”) collects and uses information on homesbyyusuf.com (the “Site”). I am a licensed real estate salesperson in Connecticut.
What I collect
- Information you give me: your property address, answers about your home and plans, name, email, and phone number.
- Usage information: pages viewed, form steps completed, video plays, device and browser type, IP address, and the ad or link that brought you here.
- Cookies and pixels: the Site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure ads and to show ads to people who visited the Site.
How I use it
- To prepare your home value estimate, net proceeds figures, and personalized video valuation.
- To contact you about your home by email, and by text message only if you gave consent.
- To schedule and remind you about appointments you book.
- To improve the Site and measure advertising.
If you start the form but don’t finish it, I do not contact you. That partial visit may only be used to show you ads through Meta or Google.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information may be shared with service providers that send messages on my behalf (such as my SMS provider), only to deliver those messages. See the SMS Terms.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with:
- Service providers that run the Site and send messages for me (hosting, email, SMS, video, property data), under confidentiality obligations.
- My brokerage, Coldwell Banker Realty, as required for my real estate practice.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
- Email yusuf@homesbyyusuf.com to see, correct, or delete your information.
Security and retention
Your information is stored with reputable cloud providers and protected with access controls. I keep it as long as needed for the purposes above or as my brokerage and the law require.
Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
